Celebrate dance theatre with DTO

Join us this season as DTO celebrates its 17th year in Oregon! Known throughout the Northwest and Canada for its colorful dance theatre choreography rich in artistry, energy and humor, the 08-09 season continues this tradition.

Based in Eugene, Oregon, the DTO was founded in 1991 by the current artistic directors Pamela Lehan-Siegel and Marc Siegel who moved to the Northwest US from New York City. With a "contempo-classique" flair, each program celebrates, explores and takes you on a choreographic and musical journey in the classical and contemporary styles.

The seven member professional company, as well as the DTO II Children's Company, have a signature style that is athletic and theatrical, blending technically based contemporary dance with theater. From the dramatically poignant to the hilariously off the wall, DTO's programming is diverse, engaging and accessible to audiences of all ages.
